Bonito broth in the rice

They put bonito broth in the rice, so none of the sushi is vegetarian. No soy nuggets as of 2024. Vegetable and tempura options less than described, although the menu changes seasonally. I could only eat french fries.

Excellent & hidden & not touristy

Hidden on 3rd floor of Shoe Plaza . 30min wait on sat afternoon but worth it!! There is a way to make reservations but couldn’t figure that out.

Walk in, first use a machine to get a number. Then when number is called, use another machine to get table number! Seemed complicated but easy in retrospect.

Massive menu. About a dozen veg options. best were deep-fried eggplan

Pros: Food, Fun conveyor belt delivery , iPad order from table

Cons: None! , Maybe more tofu and veg options
