tofu burger

This was a great burger - one of the best I’ve eaten. Its the only vegan item on the menu. Perhaps it being japan, the crispy tofu was exceptional. Finding vegan food is hard in Happo One, which made the discovery even tastier!

Pros: Great flavour in the sauce, Crispy fresh lettuce, Crispy tofu withiut being dried out or over fried.
