Not Underground, Nor Underwhelming - Edit
This a place that could be easily overlooked, but that would be a real shame as I feel it’s a destination that’s definitely worth a visit. A cozy, comfortable and inviting space with charming staff, this restaurant has an ample menu for plant-based diners and, from the good portion of it that I sampled, I can confidently say that’s it’s all of excellent standard. My personal highlight was the rolled oat and mushroom stroganoff which had a wonderful, deep, earthy flavour to it. Also, I’m addition to the food, the wine menu is clearly labelled with vegan options, they do decent pint of the black stuff, and the espresso martini is pretty damn good too!

Wonderful customer service - Edit
I had a birthday lunch here on a weekday. I contacted them in advance and they were very obliging at giving us a little extra social distancing which was much appreciated. There are quite a few vegan options and we enjoyed everything we tried. I had a mushroom starter and hubby had two tasters - a chickpea dish and a giant couscous dish. We both had stroganoff for main. We shared a bakewell and a chocolate pudding. Everything was delicious. They even have a vegan wine list but unfortunately full bottles only. No quarter bottles or wine by the glass. I hope to return here and would definitely recommend. The waitress could not have tried harder to please. They pride themselves on dietary requirements. They have the top hygiene rating. They are trying to get approval for a few outside tables in the back yard and have two pavement tables with heaters and shelter.

Amazing Place for Great Food, Service and Fantastic Vegan Options - Edit
What an amazing place.I initially enquired on Messenger and they were so responsive and helpful. When we arrived they were super friendly, informative and keen to please. The menu is fantastic and caters for all. This amazing chef has such exciting dishes on the menu, even for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dishes, he obviously cooks from scratch so can accommodate all diners equally. There is a tasting menu as well as the main one and a vegetarian/vegan one, and the desserts are incredible. We had the Chocolate & Coconut Tart with Mango Sorbet and the warm Raspberry & Almond Bakewell Tart with Raspberry Coulis, both vegan & gf. As vegan this place is a refreshing change with exciting vegan dishes, desserts and vegan wines options too. Highly Recommend to All.

Locally sourced delicious vegan food - Edit
Delicious vegan options locally sourced. Fresh veggies were so tasty. I enjoyed the risotto which was modified to be vegan for me. Enjoyed a great bottle of wine from the vegan wine menu. Great friendly service and reasonably priced. Took lots of time to make sure I knew about all the vegan options available. Thank you!

Excellent food - Edit
I’ve only been plant based for 2 months, this restaurant has been my go to for a number of years as a meat eater. Now as plant based they still produce excellent food. Full A4 menu page of V &Vg choices. This weekend I had the Cauliflower soup topped with roasted nuts ( delicious) then a giant couscous with wild mushrooms again a great dish.
