Even the tantanmen is vegan. - Edit
Excellent ramen (the noodles do not contain egg, they are standard alkaline ramen noodles which would explain a possible egg taste). The tantanmen broth is nondairy (but super creamy because of the sesame paste!) and the boiled egg can easily be omitted.

Not vegan at all!! - Edit
I went there several months ago and asked if the vegetarian ramen would be vegan if I removed the egg, and the staff assured me that the dish would indeed be vegan. However, as I ate, it seemed to me that the noodles tasted of egg, and indeed when I finished the dish I asked if there really was no egg in the noodles and the staff suddenly remembered that the noodles were made from egg.
Read moreI went back a second time and asked if there was an alternative to noodles and there was. The meal was quite good, but halfway through I realised that a piece of chicken was floating in my broth, and when I informed the waiter of this he looked annoyed.
Cons: NOT vegan (twice the same mistake) , staff was annoyed by me being vegan , pricy

Ramen not vegan - Edit
Watch out: The vegetarian ramen contain egg according to the allergen list on their website. Don't know if that can be omitted or if it's in the noodles. In any case I would not consider that restaurant that has zero mentions of vegan on their website vegan friendly - the (v) symbol just stands for vegetarian.
