Veganised vegetarian sushi plate - Edit
I asked them to make a vegetarian sushi plate without cheese and they kindly agreed, so it was 100% vegan.

Zugegeben, ich bin nicht der größte Freund von Sushi. Aber meine Partnerin mag es sehr, weshalb ich mich nicht immer davor drücken kann. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl veganer Sushis und Salate.

Das Umami liegt in der Altstadt von Konstanz und ist ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Restaurant. Wir haben Edamame, die Naughty Anand und die Tofu Tower Roll gegessen. Alles war richtig lecker und wir wurden satt. Das Personal war sehr nett.

There are a few vegan options which are delicious but there could be more types (like fried/crunchy) like I saw at our neighbors table (they ordered non-vegan). The service was very friendly. Recommend nonetheless!

The veggie plate for 16 euros is vegan. It was delicious. For starters I highly recommend the wakame salad, really yummy. If you have cravings for sushi- go for it!
