Uco Bakery is a happy place of passionate owners who offer a wide and unusual variety of nutritious and naturally leavened sourdough breads. On their website you will be able to check which loafs are offered on which days, as they keep changing them throughout the week. I couldn’t get enough of the delicious focaccia with cherry tomatoes, rosemary and sea salt and I also enjoyed very much the sponginess and flavour of the purple corn bread with pistachio and dates. Hopefully they will add vegan sweet options as well.
