Nice place with available vegan sushis - Edit
I went to this restaurant for lunch to celebrate my end of mandate at the client. As per a recommendation from a colleague we decided to give this one a go.
Read moreThey have a nice menu, sushi train and during lunchtimes they also have a nice menu. The lunch menu includes a soup OR starter and a main which can be a warm dish or bento sushi box.
I went for the fried spring rolls (aka nems). Normally I am not very fond of the fried spring rolls and prefer the fresh ones, but I have to admit that these ones were delicious. Served pipe hot and filled with fungi, rice noodles, leek and onion. For the main, I asked if they could have only the veggie Californians rolls, only with vegetables no mayo, no eggs etc. And to my big surprise, they served me a nice variety of sushi’s, some colorful and some also with tofu.
They were very good and tasted fresh. The coleslaw was also without mayo and had a nice gingery flavor.
I ordered a nice Jasmin tea, which came in a very nice sized tea pot.
I highly recommend and would be happy to go back and maybe try the sushi train next time!
