Very good Impossible sandwich, and very accomodating customer service

Not a tone much else to say other than that - I had the impossible mushroom melt and the pineapple smoothie, both of which tasted very good. The man at the counter was very kind, and was happy to modify the smoothie to make it vegan (remove yoghurt). Would do again if I didn't live in California!

Only slight negative is that the cheese wasn't really melted enough in the center, but that's quite minor.

Great Addition To The Exchange

While not a full vegan establishment the ownership has embraced vegan options! The Impossible Melt and the toast options are all delicious. Coffee side has a full variety of plant based milks as well.

Pros: Great venue for mixed dining groups , Grab & Go Salads 🥗 , Amazing Staff
