Serves meat, vegan options available. Indian street food style restaurant with a number of marked vegan items on the menu. Has dhal, chickpeas, pakoras, and a potato fritter burger to name a few. The menu is accessible and the street food atmosphere encourages ordering several of the dishes which come in smaller portions in separate pans and bowls. Has another branch in Edinburgh. Reported closed January 2023.

Mixed feelings

The curry is very tasty but portions are so tiny that not only is it not worth the price but I left still hungry. Also there is no vegan naan bread which is a bummer.

Pros: Not many options, Over priced, Small portions

Cons: Tasty curry

Great deal and BYOB

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal, brought our own drinks. Had a voucher deal so meal was cheap. Staff very knowledgeable and vegan food clearly marked on menu. Great selection, small plates so order lots!

Good but a bit pricey

They offer a lunch special which consists of two mains, a starter and a side and costs 12 pounds - the portion size is a bit strange because it is too large for one and a little small for two people. (Also 12 pounds for lunch per person would seem a lot.) In the evening even a little more expensive - small dishes cost between 4 and 6 pounds, sides between 2 and 3.

The dishes taste good, but not good enough for the price asked.

Pros: Many vegan options

Cons: Weird lunch size and pricing, a little pricey

Good indian food, spicy, BYOB

Warm welcome, multucultural staff - which I liked very much.

The food was delicious (I ordered vegan & vegetarian) - a little bit too spicy for me. Tuk Tuk has a very interesting interior furnishing - very nice! I would come back. P.S: they have a BYOB policy.

Der Empfang war freundlich, das Personal ist multikulturell - was mir sehr gut gefiel. Das Essen war sehr gut (vegan & vegetarisch bestellt) - wenn auch für mich etwas zu scharf. Das Tuk Tuk hat eine sehr interessante Inneneinrichtung - sehr schön gemacht! Ich würde wiederkommen. Sie haben eine BYOB-Policy.
