My first vegan fine dining - Edit
It’s hard to find a fine dining place with vegan idea. Chef here design the menu every season based on the food in season. Food here is authentic Taiwanese and western fusion style. I was totally amazed by the dessert and the soup.

True Artisan Vegan Cooking - Edit
Incredible dishes cooked according to season, and with a fascinating Taiwan fusion flavour. You need to reserve a day in advance. No choices, just a set menu- though you can specify allergies or aversion. Attentive, friendly staff.

the taste and display of the food, the environment, everything are very satisfied, both of my omnivorous friends like it too! I especially like their handmade pasta, as well as soy milk with Hakka mix nuts and raw cakes~

Amazing! Go there! - Edit
It's a small restaurant with only a few tables. I went there at 1.30PM and was able to share a table with someone. Staff is super nice and speak very good English. They had a lunch menu plus 2 additional dishes. I got the burrito (not on the menu) with sweet potatos on the side and dragonfruit dressing. Cost 230 TWD. Drinking water was free. Took like 15mins to arrive. Was super delicious ans special. Huge portion.
Read moreThe only disadvantage: the burrito kinda fell apart and they don't provide knives. So it's kinda messy.
Pros: All vegan, Really delicious, Huge portions

Very nice - Edit
This restaurant is very nice. The food was good, with big portions. I liked that they are cook in the main room. So we can see that everything is freshly cooked with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is good to and staff is friendly. Overall it's affordable for what you get. I strongly recommend

Great Western Food, Kind Owner, Low Prices - Edit
The only problem with Taichung is deciding where to eat, as there are so many good, vegan restaurants there, and this is no exception. It's run by a friendly and talented Taiwanese chef who worked and trained in Italy, before becomming vegan and returning to Taiwan to open his own restaurant.
Read moreLike the nearby Veg Farm, it serves some of Taiwan's most authentic Western and fusion dishes, and like Tofunia in Taipei, it serves them at incredibly low prices for such good food.
The interior is spacious and comfortable.

Fresh, creative and thoughtfully crafted food. Love how chef Eason uses traditional & local Taiwanese ingredients, and turn them into beautifully plated westernized dishes.
