Excellent Food in a Very Busy Location - Edit
After eating at T's Restaurant in Jiyugaoka, we were excited to try T's Tantan to try their Ramen. After arriving at Tokyo Station, we found out we had to buy a train ticket in order to get to the restaurant inside the station. This is OK if you are traveling somewhere, but if you are looking to stay in the area, you will be out a little money. This is not a reflection on the restaurant, it's just the fact that they are located inside Tokyo Station past the ticketing areas. It was a little difficult to find, but we were able to use Google maps to help us. Be warned, during lunchtime, the restaurant is incredibly busy and you may have to wait. Once we were seated, the food came out quickly and it was delicious! The broth is so rich that it's hard to imagine that it's Vegan!

Worth a trip to visit while in Japan - Edit
To find: follow signs for Keiyo line from JR Line (you must be inside ticket area). You'll run right into it. So good! Definitely worth the hype. The ramen and dumplings were excellent. I had the Golden Sesame and the Black Sesame. Golden was nutty and super rich. Black had more of a spiced, peppery flavor. I prefer Golden. Prices were reasonable and the wait moved pretty quickly. Service was very quick.

Cons: Usually a wait, Must be inside ticket area of station

Excellent - Edit
This is a great stop if you'll be in Tokyo Station. We had ramen and a side of fried soy meat. The staff are friendly, English menus are available and prices are reasonable.

Great food for great value - Edit
Best vegan restaurant we've visited in Tokyo. The food was delicious and you got a big portion for the money you spend. It being located in Tokyo station makes it easy to get to and it having long opening hours is even better. Pay in mind that waiting times for a table is long during lunch and dinner hours.

Delicious Vegan Ramen - Edit
It's really hard to find vegan ramen in Japan so this restaurant is a god send!
Read moreMy non-vegan friend even said it was the best ramen he had in Tokyo!
The only problem was finding the restaurant itself which was a challenge as a tourist.

Very nice ramen place - Edit
After checking out a few disappointing establishments in Tokyo, I was very positively surprised by T's Tantan. I followed the signs for the Keiyō line and practically ran into the place. I visited on a Saturday morning, a quiet time with no lines and plenty of available tables.
Read moreThe breakfast menu (English available) is simple, listing four staple dishes and some drinks. I went for a large (+100 yen) soy sauce ramen. The portion was quite generous. The broth was really tasty, the ramen were perfectly cooked and the veggie condiments were fresh. There were also two sweet and sour fake meat nuggets in the bowl. Those were my absolute highlight - if there was a dish that consisted of only those, I would order it anytime :).
As others have pointed out, the restaurant is located behind the ticket gates. I used my PASMO card to swipe in. When I tried to swipe out again at the same station, the system got confused and flashed "seek assistance." Fortunately, the attendant immediately understood that I had just visited the station and offered to charge 140 yen to my card and let me out, in perfect English. If you are not traveling, simply consider T's Tantan to cost an extra 140 yen and do not worry about getting in and out being some kind of hassle.
Update: I came back a day later to try the dinner offering. There was a queue outside now. I had to wait about 20 minutes. Some items were out - not surprising given how popular T's Tantan seems to be and the fact that it was Sunday night.
There were more ramen variants to choose from, plus extra veggies and other sides. I got the spiciest dish (labeled "very hot"). It was nicely spicy. I also got fried soy meat on the side. That was the sweat-and-sour stuff I had liked so much at breakfast - yeah! Everything tasted as great as it had for breakfast and was still very cheap. 5/5, definitely.

Anyone travelling through Japan will know how hard vegan food is to find - and I stumbled across this place after a really long day exploring and it was just fantastic. I had the Midori Tantan with white Veg and it was superb.

Great ramen inside the station! - Edit
Please note the restaurant is inside the station after you pay to get on one of the JR lines, by the Shinkansen entrance and close to the JR bus stop outside. The food is great and this place is really popular! We got there around 6:30 and there was a line out the door with people waiting to be seated. The line went quick though, we were seated after about 20 minutes. The atmosphere was nice, the staff friendly and the ramen delicious and affordable.

Amazing - Edit
I ordered the special (at the time), miso ramen with a side of Vege dumpling, a side of greens.. and then another side of greens. The veges were so fresh, pretty sure it was the best broccoli I've ever tasted. Nice eating area. Staff were super friendly & helpful. Will probably go back every time I go to Tokyo station.

Pretty good - Edit
This wasn't really that hard to find, if you're not looking for it. If you're going to Tokyo Disneyland, it's on the way over there, just pass some sweet shops and it's right around the corner.
Read moreIt's very clean and the ambience is welcoming. The service was also very quick. Overall it was great and even my non-vegan family loved it too!
Although there was one thing... They have nice wallpaper that shows where some vegan food comes from, along with milk pudding. My dad found this misleading and thought that they did serve this, but they unfortunately didn't. I was also displeased because I wanted some dessert, but the good food made up for this :)
Pros: nice ambience, quick service, nice to stumble upon
Cons: doesn't serve dessert ;-;

My favorite place to get ramen - Edit
This place is amazing. The ramen was delicious! They also sell a 6 pack of curry (2 different flavors). I would recommend buying those if you're traveling. I ended up eating the curry with microwavable rice on the days I couldn't go to a vegan restaurant.

I went with the golden sesame ramen and a side of tofu meat. It was absolutely delicious! This was my first taste of ramen and won't be my last.
