Our first stop in Bangkok

The first place we went to in Bangkok and we kept going back. The owner is so nice and friendly and made sure what we got was vegan. The Pad Thai was great, just ask for no egg. The gyozas are great

Pros: Super cheap, Friendly owner, Really attentive

Cons: Lots of meat

Lovely rice in the pineapple

Make sure to ask the pineapple rice without egg - food really good and delicious mango sticky rice in the shape of spring rolls

Great food, nice staff (good English), clear recommendation

Summary: The title says it all, and we will gladly come back if we get a chance!

Long story:
We came here on our first night in Bangkok, as the area North of Kao San Road is a bit quieter and has a more chill and less party-vibe, and encouraged by the many positive comments on google maps mentioning vegan options in this restaurant (kinda surprised nobody listed this on happy cow earlier).

The food was quite spicy, but excellent, and set a very high bar for our whole trip. Prices are a bit higher than in other restaurants nearby, but I still recommend it! (Pad Thai 80 Baht, curries and soups around 150 Baht). Full menu on their fb page here:

I want to highlight that while there are many restaurants in Bangkok that offer to veganize their dishes, however, I often feel like they just omit the non-vegan ingredients. Without even requesting it, tofu was added here as a meat-substitute in our green curry. Sure, just a small gesture, but one that I appreciated nonetheless.

Pros: Very tasty, Spicy and authentic flavour
