Dependable for good vegan options in many cities

Portions sizes are smaller lately, like in many places, but we love their veggie burger and pizzas.

Decent amount of options

This place has a very respectable amount of vegan options. It’s a bit pricey - but for a sit down meal, it’s my favorite place to go when I’m near the mall. The drinks are always fun and they sometimes have interesting (and delicious) vegan dessert options. Staff are super knowledgeable about what can be made vegan and stuff is clearly labeled on menu

Great Vegan Options

I come here very often. They are great with allergy requests and preparing vegan options! There are lots of vegan and veg options and they are clearly listed on the menu! Their burger is so good! It’s mostly small portion sizes, although the burger is more than enough for a full meal! The pizza with their house made vegan ricotta is also really good!

Pros: Good Food, Good Service

Cons: Pricy , Small Portions

True Food is an Excellent Vegan Option

I ordered the butternut squash pizza, it was tasty and arrived promptly. I will definitely eat here again, they have many vegan options.

Pros: Lots of Vegan options , They are very accommodating

Cons: The pizza, very tasty but a bit oily , That could be because I usually do not use oils

True good kitchen!

Just stopped here since we were looking for a vegan friendly place to eat while driving by, based on the reviews we thought that was amazing... Once there we ordered the vegan & gluten-free, the flavor and presentation were good... options cleared label, nice ambiance and pretty location!

SERVICE HAS 100% , McKenzie couldn’t have been nicer, helped us a lot with the menu, very friendly and really made our experience here outstanding!

22 hours later my digestive system it's still trying to assimilate vegetables that should be digested in 60 minutes... We experienced a tummy ache, some kind of digestive discomfort and a bit of bloating after our meal...
Nice place & excellent service, need improvement on plant based food.🌱

My philosophy is to focus on what I am eating,
“you are what you eat”

Pros: Some vegan options , Nice place , Amazing service

Cons: Not healthy vegan food

Solid vegan options

Fun busy place at the top of their game. The double vegan cheeseburger is to die for along with the kale salad and the vegan grain bowl. See the pic !

Healthy oasis in the Boca mall

Upscale healthy restaurant with large seating area. Food was very flavorful but portions are on the small side. Loved the cauliflower appetizer. The polenta bowl was yummy but the portion was very small.

Pros: Well marked menus, Number of vegan options and glutenfree , Large seating area

Cons: Little pricey for portion sizes, Open kichen can hear clattering dishes

Healthy option for dinner

Calories are listed on the menu and so are the vegan options. Meant to be healthy so I found it to be less flavorful, but I like more bland food sometimes. If you want more comfort food that is vegan, then I would go some where else. If you want a healthy and guilt free dinner then this is the spot!

One of my Favorites!

I have never had a bad meal here! A lot of the menu stays the same throughout the year, but they add seasonal options so you never get bored of the same thing. Whether you’re vegan or not, I HIGHLY recommend the chia seed pudding for dessert.

*Tip: Download their app for $10 off your meal!

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Labels calories , Labels allergies/diets (vegan, veggie, GF)

Love it!

I was in the area from out of town and was worried about vegan options, but this was a great start to my trip. I had the TLT sandwich with kale as my side (minus cheese) and I also started with the guacamole! Overall delicious & a great atmosphere

Pros: Good portions, Multiple options, Food came out quickly!

Cons: Loud (inside restaurant)

A Pleasant Surprise!

True Food Kitchen is a chain with twenty or so locations throughout the mid to lower section of the United States. We stumbled upon this newly opened restaurant located in the Boca Raton Town Center Mall at lunchtime on a Monday. The dining room and bar were bustling with friendly, energetic denim-clad staff sporting t-shirts with positive one and two-word messages such as "Honest", "Nurture" and "Shine On".

The menu boasts a large and seasonal selection of fresh produce-filled dishes, cocktails, health tonics, lemonades and teas featuring freshly juiced fruits and additions such as matcha. We noticed the mixologist never seemed to stop making these beverages the whole time we were there.

The overall scene has an open-air feel to it, relaxed and casual, yet lively with the constant flow of staff carrying beautifully presented and colorful food and drinks through the dining room, which is decorated in a modern eco style with lots of fresh plants surrounding cozy tables and banquettes.

The menu offered items marked vegan in almost every category. We were pleased to see a tempeh BLT and dishes featuring healthful whole food protein sources like quinoa, hemp seeds and edamame just to name a few.

We started with the soup of the day, a simple vegetable minestrone, which we were advised was vegan without the parmesan garnish.

For our lunch we shared the vegan grilled artichoke pesto pizza with almond ricotta. The crust was thin, light and crispy, topped with fresh spinach, artichokes and slices of summer squash. The pesto tasted freshly made and the creamy almond ricotta had a bright and clean flavor, with just a hint of lemon. The pizza was definitely large enough for two people to split for lunch with the cup of soup as a starter.

The dessert menu offered three vegan selections on this day. Vanilla ice cream, rhubarb crumble, and banana chia pudding.

I know True Food Kitchen will become a standard in our restaurant rotation with its creative vegan dishes, refreshing made to order beverages and excellent service.

Next time we will save room for dessert!
