⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Edit
The pizza was very good; the amount of ricotta cheese was just right. I also enjoyed the cauliflower appetizer and the side of umami potatoes.

Like this location more - Edit
I love the one in Atlanta but I like this location more because I love visiting Avalon to go shopping. I like to start with the charred cauliflower, then the teriyaki quinoa bowl or ancient grains bowl. They also have a great vegan pizza option if you’re feeling a more heavy option. Haven’t tried the vegan burger yet.

Great vegan options - Edit
As the vegan mom of 2 vegans (they converted me) and 2 non, it’s sometimes difficult (or impossible) finding a restaurant that pleases all, but True Food gets close. I started with the vegan corn soup, it was a little spicy and good but nothing super special. I also felt cheated by my small portion. Fill my bowl please. I did love the vegan teriyaki bowl, super yummy, but again surprised at the puny portion, especially based on the cost and the waitress telling me it was filling. The vegan pizza, spinach and mushroom with vegan ricotta, was delicious, and how nice to have an option other than cheese with some vegan sausage sprinkled on top. I’d never been to a True Food before. They have really nice drink options and the Alpharetta location is beautiful and spacious. It’s pricey and the portions are not generous. My 16YO son had 2 non vegan entrees and dessert before he was satisfied.

Delicious vegan options - Edit
Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. The menu changes seasonally, but everything we had was delicious! The teriyaki quinoa bowl with tofu is a must! They had a butternut squash vegan pizza special when we went that was absolutely to die for! Best vegan pizza I’ve had! Good place to go with those who are not vegan, options for everyone!

Must try the kale-ade! - Edit
Not many vegan options here, but the ones they do have are great. I sometimes go here just for the kale-ade because it's that good!

Few vegan options but good food for those options - Edit
I love their vegan soyrizo breakfast bowl. I love it so much I’ve tried to recreate it at home! They have a few vegan options but their takeout menu due to COVID has been slimmed down and cut out the vegan options.

Overpriced mediocre food with very small portions - Edit
We ate here recently for Valentine's Day. They didn't do anything special to make it feel like a special day. The feel of the place is like a busy cafe. The chairs are wooden, uncomfortable and cheap-looking. It has a warehouse feel, all very open and you can see the cooks preparing the meals. The service was average. Nothing over the top. Although there are vegan/vegetarian options which are clearly marked, the food is bland and tasteless. The food is also very expensive! I understand that some of it is organic but the portions were measly and the presentation was nothing to write home about. The taste was very average (nothing I couldn't have prepared at home). We got an entree that looked more like an appetizer! After paying over $100 for a mediocre meal, we were still hungry. We would definitely not go back!
