Great food and lots of options - Edit
There are a lot of options for vegetarians and vegans, and the food is delicious! I think this restaurant offers the most veg options in Lesbos. Highly recommend!

Many choices here!! - Edit
Go to any Greek island and you can find souvlaki, mousaka, and spinach pie. When you are on the island of Lesvos and find yourself in Molyvos, find your way to Tropicana and be prepared to eat well! My first night I had a freshly made veggie risotto. Absolutely delicious! Yes, there is Greek salad on the menu (with or without feta), but there are many salad choices. Try Magic Salad, with lettuce, red peppers, tomato, spring onion, quinoa, pieces of orange and apple, delicately dressed with mint and balsamic honey dressing!! Try the traditional fermented grain soup, Trahana. Veggie Pizza, and freshly baked bread (gluten or gluten free, just ask). Try the Kolokitholoulouda (zucchini flowers stuffed with rice or cheese). And many more veggie and vegan dishes to choose from, starting in the morning with freshly squeezed seasonal juices, local sheep yoghurt and local honey to freshly made zucchini pies through midday to evening feasts! Tropicana is very popular with young and old, tourist and local. And for many very delicious reasons.
