Smoothies & Reggae - Edit
I love this place, I rent an office space just around the corner from here, and I have had everything on the menu. The food is so fresh, beautifully presented and delicious! The owners are amazing! Always playing Reggae and always in a good mood. They'll sweetly let you practice your Spanish too!

The atmosphere of this place is fun and welcoming. The owner took the time to greet us and explain the food and the restaurant concept. They also served some samples on the house. The food was all right. We tried the sister restaurant Selva and liked that one more !

Beau cafe in Cabo 🌸 Wonderful owners - Edit
Large cafe with beautiful interior decor and vibes. Few blocks from the main district. The parent restaurant of Selva a block and a turn away.
Read moreThe owners are super friendly and great people. Alan and his wife are the owners and love birds and everything is themed around that.
Grabbed a green smoothie and the reggae burrito. Beautifully plated both dishes. The smoothie was the best I’ve ever had. The burrito had a bit too much hibiscus for me but it was really good nevertheless.
Would come again! Great place to support 🌸🦜
Pros: Friendly, Beautiful interior , Smoothie ♥️
Cons: Some flies but it’s cause of the plants

All Vegetarian with tons of Vegan options - delicious! - Edit
The house specialty is a hibiscus flower pastor - it’s one of the best things I’ve ever eaten in my life!! The bowl I ordered with the hibiscus pastor was literally one of the best salads I’ve ever had. The smoothies are also delish! The staff is incredibly sweet and welcoming too! The owners are passionate about plant based food, environmental conservation, community outreach, awareness, and consciousness. They put on workshops for adults and children, host a local market on Saturdays, and hold yoga classes in the evenings. They are truly wonderful people! Please support this local business!!

This place was amazing! The staff and owner were incredibly friendly and helpful. The menu is clearly labeled for vegans and there are lots of healthy, vegan and gf options. The flavors are insane!!! The food is super fresh and delicious. (They use old family recipes, so yeah, its going to be amazing!) The vegan pulled pork was beyond delicious and the best I've ever had. The hibiscus "meat" options is sooooo amazing, too. The smoothies are super yum! The place has a cute story about it so be sure to ask. We will 100% be back on our next trip down in a couple months. I'm soooo happy I came here!!!

A place with lots of authentic vegan options. The staff was knowledgeable about what could be vegan and everything felt very sustainable with metal straws and no one use items. We had the sandwich and burrito and felt very healthy, the cafe is very cute and bird themed. The smoothies were delicious with toppings. The owner run bird watching tours in Cabo so check them out @bajabirding.

Cute place for smoothies - Edit
We got here right when they opened and had a smoothie bowl and an açaí bowl for breakfast. So delicious!! The owner came over and chatted with us and told us all about his family and the bird theme in the restaurant. It is really hard to find any form of vegan protein in Cabo so the addition of the nut topping was really helpful for us.

Thankful they have a vegan menu - Edit
It’s great that they have a dedicated vegan menu. Be sure to ask how spicy a menu item is. I got the reggae vegan burrito and it was way spicier than I expected because they put a chili in it even though the menu didn’t list it as one of the ingredients. We also got a portobello torta and that was good and not spicy, although it was missing a little acidity. That sandwich could’ve benefited from a vegan sauce. Given how few vegan options there are in Cabo, I’m thankful this place exists.

I love the feel of this cafe! Very cute tropical vibes and super friendly service. The food tasted really fresh and delicious. I was only able to give 4 stars since it’s not fully vegan but they have a full vegan menu to choose from. Burritos, sandwiches, smoothies and smoothie bowls. I got the pancakes for my kids and they devoured them. I had a burrito and I loved the hibiscus flowers and fresh veggies and sauces. Highly recommended!

NOTE: In June 2022 the location moved and operating hours changed. Make sure you go to the right place! Hands-down the most expansive vegetarian and vegan menu in all of Cabo! My meat eating husband was even pleased.😄The owners are so sweet and even made a dessert for me off-menu. Wish I could have gone more.

Astoundingly flavorful and unique vegan offerings in a pleasant environment. - Edit
We sampled the vegan option and the one all vegan restaurants in Cabo on our Cabo visit. This is the one venue that I will highly recommend to my fellow vegan travelers. On the last full day of our 8-day Cabo excursion we had our lunch at Tropical Kitchen Cabo. They just moved to a larger location. The cook and co-owner took time to express her passionate excitement over experimenting with new combinations of grains, legumes, seasonings, and fruits to produce flavorful and healthy vegan dishes. She even had us sample a hummus with mashed chickpeas and ground roasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds), garlic and a little olive oil which was wonderful. Linda ordered the Jamaican Reggae Wrap; and I Halbox Bowl w chopped portobellos, pepitas, hibiscus flowers, carrot, and chia seeds. The dressing was a tasty slightly sweet hibiscus and seed combination you will adore. The husband is an affable gentleman. The restaurant deserves a 5- star rating.

Corner Treat! - Edit
We enjoyed our stop at Tropical Kitchen in Cabo! It’s a beautifully decorated spot with a cool bird mural and colorful chairs. They have a vegan menu both in English and Spanish. I got the Scorpion bay bowl to eat at the cafe and the vegan hamburguesa(sandwich) to go. We requested no plastic for our to-go food and they were able to accommodate.

Would rate 5 stars if I could - Edit
My partner and I ate here twice, and we would have returned again if we had time, it was that good. The first time we tried the aquila smoothie and a smoothie with spinach/mango/pineapple. I thought both were great but my partner has more of a sweet tooth and preferred the aquila. For breakfast we ordered the plantain pancakes with fresh strawberries and the Tulum acai bowl. Both were incredible with beautiful presentations - fresh flowers, aloe, coconut, and oats added in a way that made the dishes aesthetically pleasing. The second time, we ordered two smoothies to go, the vegan torta, and the vegan burrito to eat on our way to the airport. Again, everything was delicious and well presented. Both meals, smoothies and tip included, were $20-$25.
Read moreThe staff are kind and welcoming. The woman who took our orders takes the time to explain all of the ingredients and translate them from Spanish to English. She is very familiar with what is plant-based and what is veganizable.
The seating is indoors but open air with either tables or a counter where you can sit facing the street, or on bar stools sitting on the sidewalk looking into the restaurant.
