It wasn’t actually my intention to stop here, but curiosity got the better of me and I’m so very glad it did; the food was fantastic, but the staff were even better. Full of energy, warmth, kindness and banter, they made what should have been a routine takeaway order into something of a spectacle. As for that all important food, as I say, it was excellent. All the food was delightfully fresh and had great flavour. Though there are only a few additional ingredients on the the taggiasche pizza that aren’t on senza, they really do add a different dimension and make for a wonderful pie. The focaccia too was equally in quality, but the real surprise was how delicious the chips (crisps) with salt & pepper were.

Staff were really friendly. Vegan options labelled on menu. Enjoyed a great cheeseless olive pizza. Only 3.80 for a small, which we thought was pretty decent for Rome.

Friendly staff, no vegan cheese - Edit
Vegan options are bread with tomato sauce or bread with tomato sauce and olives. Staff super friendly and it’s got a great atmosphere but no dice in terms of vegan options. Staff said any veggie pizza could be made vegan… ordered a veggie minus the cheese and it came with the cheese. Great spot if you’re veggie only/hungry!

There are only 2 options for vegans however that’s better than nothing! I had the Rossa Senza (just tomato base) & the Rossa olive taggiasche (olives & tomato). Came up to €6!! Even though very simple, very tasty! - seasoned well & the pizza dough is probably the best I’ve had. Super friendly lady behind the counter & great atmosphere. It is small but we managed to sit by the window. If there was more toppings i would have given 5*.

I ordered the margherita pizza and it was not really great compared to what I've eaten before. It didn't help that the tomato sauce was cold. Still the people working there were wonderful and propably the other vegan option would have been tastier. Also..warning if you want to use the toilet, there isn't any lock

Two vegan options (pizza rossa without cheese, either just tomatoes or with olives), but baked to perfection. The tomato sauce is divine in its simplicity and the pizza hardly needs anything more. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff

I ordered the Rossa Olive Taggiasche and it was very good. Simple pie. I also ordered a Greek salad which had feta but my husband at the feta for me since he likes it so it wouldn’t go to waste. Only options without asking for modifications were 2 pizzas (labeled vegan). Could get some of the vegetarian options and ask for no cheese.

There were two vegan options when we went there, a marinara pizza and a marinara pizza with olives. We ordered a large of each. The large size pizza was definitely smaller than we expected, so I would recommend getting a large pizza per person. The staff was friendly. They do have some seating, but very limited. We got our pizza to-go and unfortunately did not check the pizzas before leaving as they accidentally put cheese on the marinara with olive pizza. Disappointing, but they were busy so it was just a human mistake. the other marinara pizza was good. Even though it was just sauce and bread, it was pretty darn good sauce and bread. Nice for a quick bite to eat, but check your pizza before leaving!

Really friendly, very popular with tourists and locals. Only two options when we visited, pizza with marinara or marinara plus olives, but it was delicious. Many veggie options, also well labelled, and some non pizza specials at the counter (arancini etc)

Pizzaria in the centre of Rome. They have two vegan pizzas but you can also ask to have the vegetarian ones without cheese.
Read moreThe pizzas are simple but good and a bit small (even the big ones). Prices are all right, but you don't get very full.
It was very busy, when we came, but we managed to get a seat. The staff was very energetic and there was a lot of noise in the place, due to loud music and the staff shouting the name of your country, when your pizza's ready. It was a bit too much for me, so I'd rather have chosen take away.

We stumbled upon this place near our Air BNB. The staff is really knowledgable about what vegan is. There are two vegan options that are displayed on the menu, however, the non vegan pizzas could be made vegan without the cheese/meat. It is simple and delicious!

There’s really only one or two options and they don’t have vegan cheese. Standard vegan pizza with no cheese. Still good but not unique in any way. The guy working there is awesome though - very upbeat. If you’re in a bind it’s a solid place to go.

It was tasty, but they have like two vegan pizza options and not even a vegan Salad the day I was there. The "big" pizza was a not really big and therefore a little bit too expensive for 9€!
