Serves meat, vegan options available. A fully licensed a la carte restaurant in a contemporary French-Country setting. Offers clearly labeled vegan choices on the menu, plus the chef is enthusiastic about going off-menu and creating vegan dishes. Uses fresh, seasonal and local produce. Menus change regularly due to the seasons. (Note from HappyCow: If you know their hours would you be so kind as to send us an update? Thank you!)

a real treat - Edit
We went there on our last day in South Africa and decided to treat ourselves to a nice meal. We both had a starter (the duo of soup and the leaning tower of aubergine) and a main (curry and ragu). Big portions so we struggled to finish. The soup had surprising flavours, sweet and more savoury. Great combinations. Amazing that they had vegan alternatives for cheese. We paid a bit more than 30 euros for two startes, two mains, two glasses of wine, 50cl of water and two sodas. In Belgium we would have paid at least double the amount. Definitely worth a visit!

Innovative fusión food - Edit
I had the Pasta Ragu and my partner the Malay curry. Both dishes were delicious and well plated. A little pricey at R130 each but the restaurant is classy and lends itself to upmarket dining.
