Design Your Own Salad

Healthy salad bar with vegan options. The vegan signature bowls were Sprinting Buddha ($13) and Cauli-Detox ($14). Alternatively, there was a Design Your Own Salad station ($11), where each salad bowl consisted of 1 base (can mix leaves and grains), 2 cold proteins / 1 warm protein, 4 toppings, and 1 dressing. The vegan warm proteins available were supergreen falafel or baked portobello mushroom (+$1). Portion was generous and the salad bowl also came with free bread upon request. Service was rather poor when I visited.
