Good variety, but can improve - Edit
There was a good variety of vegan options driving the fair more sustainable, with examples of brownies, doughnuts, chocolate, burger and noodles on some occasions.
Read moreThey would make a better social impact for the environment and for sustainable practices by making fully-vegan days in every edition, even if they don't promote it as vegan.
Pros: Environment, Good vegan food
Cons: Most booths offer very few vegan options, Some don't clean the utensils when prepping vegan

Is a good selection of farm stalls at the entrance, as well as flowers and plants.
There is a great juice place and several stalls with vegan and vegetarian food. Evergreen has a stall as well as a few others with açai bowls, salads and a few stalls that have vegan food items like salsa la or Turkish food.
There are some arts and crafts stalls with local products.
I always recommend going early for the best produce

Cons: Because of covid, there are less stalls right now
