Delicious and easily vegafiable! - Edit
Stumbled upon this place and saw they have vegetarian ramen that can be vegan, just remove the egg. Our WONDERFUL server showed me how to vegafy another dish! For SURE order this. Delicious dry noodles:

Wouldn't go out of my way to eat here - Edit
I got the vegetarian ramen sans egg (tasted like veg chicken noodle soup to me, not ramen) and edamame (standard & good!). I wish they put tofu in the ramen. Servers were friendly and efficient.

Took my sister here when she was in town. They made a really good vegan ramen! Salty and tasty and chock full of veggies. Would definitely go here again.
