Good but confused about what’s vegan

I ordered the dish titled “vegan gyoza curry”. It was very delicious. I also asked about the vegetable gyoza appetizer, to which the waiter replied that it is definitely not vegan. This confused me a bit. Additionally, they have a “vegan miso ramen”, but I saw online (instagram) that a woman commented it is not really vegan and that they should label it as vegetarian. So although what I ordered was good, it’s hard to say what is truly vegan at this restaurant, even if it is labeled as vegan.

Gyoza Curry

The gyoza curry was tasty and it was a good portion size. Food came really quickly and was a good price. Definitely recommend!
