A welcome find!

Feels just like a real vegan cafe but actually sells chicken sadly. We struggled to find vegan options during a trip to Vermont and was very happy to find this place via Happy Cow.
Delicious breakfast although my husband had the turmeric oats which tasted of curry!!

Pros: Lots of healthy vegan options , Great for breakfast

Cons: Surprised to see chicken in the fridges

Great food, super friendly staff

Really adorable place! Staff was super friendly and chatted with us warmly. My friends asked for metal utensils instead of disposable compostable ones, and they readily accommodated.

I got the ayurveda kitchari soup. My friends got the waffle, Bali rice bowl and avocado toast. The food was made w fresh ingredients, looked colorful and tasted great. Appreciate that they have many vegan items, and it's easy to make others vegan. I love that they make tasty treats using pulp from making almond milk in-house!

Opens Daily at 7am

Happened upon this place by accident while searching for an open coffee shop on a rainy Sunday morning. They even opened 10 min early for us so we wouldn’t have to wait in the rain. Talk about the nicest people! We had the (strong) iced coffee, a Chai Bon Bon and this amazing pineapple pastry that had just come out of the oven.

Definitely a MUST in Burlington if you are looking for a boast first thing in the morning. Will be back to try the juices and smoothies.

Great salads

Kale Southwest salad and Sweet Corn Caesar salad were both excellent. Staff knew which items were vegan (even down to what does and doesn't have honey) and which items were gluten free. Staff were super friendly and willing to answer questions.

Currently (summer 2021, during covid), they have outdoor seating in front and on the side of the restaurant. While the outdoor seating is in a parking lot, it's super cute with murals on the wall and potted flowers.

Pros: Gluten-free options, Extensive vegan options, Ingredients for every dish clearly listed

Cons: Lemon "Slushie" was liquid, not blended ice

Refreshing drinks & great snacks!

One of my favorite spots to stop in for fresh juices, nut milks, and the occasional snacks. The rose almond milk and pretty much anything with cantaloupe or pineapple are always a great treat.

For food the garden rolls usually come with a choice of an almond, cashew, or peanut based sauce to dip them in. Fantastic for a filling but light meal!

Pros: Fresh juice every day, Lots of raw vegan options, Supports a small local woman-owned business

Cons: Can be on the expensive side
