Great veg option in a land of fried meats - Edit
Although this Vietnamese kiosk doesn’t offer a lot of vegan options, the vegan spring rolls are EXCEPTIONAL. Chewy rice paper surrounds crisp bell peppers, avocado, lettuce & rice noodles. Dipped in a peanut sauce or a spicy vinegar makes for a perfectly refreshing meal.

Grateful for an option - Edit
Traveling to South Korea as someone who is gluten free and vegan is incredibly hard. I’m grateful to have an option, bc in this region even a single one seems a rarity. To access this location:
Read more1. I entered Floor 1 (there is a Patagonia, Starbucks, and other outdoor clothing lines on this level).
2. I was told to get to level B2 (by escalator, not all elevators have a down option), then cross the length of the mall (there is a large, mostly white, and bare room dividing the 2 sections), then to go up to level B1.
3. This is a floor with a grocery store and a bustling center with indoor food kiosks/stations and seating.
The vegan spring rolls come with an option of peanut or sweet/spicy sauce which they provide at the register upon check out. The one vegan spring roll they offer does taste good and contains rice noodles, red bell pepper, and avocado. I ordered 3, but if you came hungry, I recommend more.

Expensive - Edit
The vegan summer rolls are 3300 won per roll and contain only lettuce, rice noodles, bell pepper and avocado. No herbs or spices, thank god for the peanut sauce... I'd suggest trying the fried tofu sushi from the stall on the opposite side instead
Read morePros: Tastes fine, peanut sauce is good
Cons: Not worth the price, The red sauce might contain fish sauce

Vietnamese summer rolls - Edit
They serve vegan vietnamese summer rolls with avocado. As a vietnamese food lover, I was very excited to try these, but I was unfortunately quite disappointed.
Read moreThe rolls only contain rice noodles, bell peppers, lettuce and avocado, so they’re pretty tasteless. The price (3000 KRW per one) isn’t that low either.

Spring rolls! - Edit
I love a good spring roll and anytime there is a Shinsegae mall around, I know I’m gonna get one! This is often an oasis in the dessert of these giant mall food courts and I love that it’s self serve so you can take however many suits your hunger at the time!
