Fresh, flavorful, not overly salted or oily! So so tasty and enjoyable. Had the guacamole with plantains, quesadilla with chikn and vegan mozzarella. Hubby had Bean burrito with chikn. Didn’t care for the fresh fruit bowl spices. But highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely return.

had a shirt stop in scottsdale and decided to try this place out. had a whole plant based menu with appetizers, entrees, drinks and desserts. the staff was very helpful, i went for the plantain chips with quac and gueso which was amazing and super flavorful and one of the best guacs ive ever had. for my entree i got the 3 taco sampler which came with 3 different vegan proteins and homemade tortillas super tasteful, healthy and unique. and my gf got the fajita burrito with the adobo tofu which was amazing and again super flavorful and big. even though we got a-lot of food we still felt light and energetic and not sluggish afterwards. would definitely recommend. they also had vegan churros and dip, sadly did not get but would definitely come back to try it. was also in a very nice area and very clean inside

Tons of vegan options with a vegan menu on the app. Got the picadillo and adobo tofu, equally as good and the picadillo was 80 cents more. Topped with vegan cheese of choice, similar to a parmesan, no melt. Side of beans was good. Only con, tacos were tiny.

All of there bases are vegan and gluten free, there are vegan chicken options, a tofu option, vegan crema, and vegan cheeses. We gad a grain bowl and shared tacos, everything was delicious!

Tocaya Orgánica is definitely vegan friendly. They have vegan cheese, plant based proteins (tofu and chick’n) This place reminds of me Flower Child but Mexican food.

The food is just *so* good. I haven't had anything I didn't like yet. Vegan options are clearly labeled and there are lots of them- there is no feeling of deprivation.

There’s quite a lot of vegan options. I got the Fajita Del Rey Bowl and added the vegan chicken. It was good except for the vegan chicken. It tasted and smelled off. Maybe it was real? 😵

My partner's dad isn't a vegan, nor cares to be one. So, when he comes into town it is always a struggle to find a good place for all of us. Enter Tocaya Organica, where all the base dishes are vegan. From there you can add other things to make them non-vegan.

Everything was very good. The large Tortilla Soup bowl is huge, we couldn't finish it. Everything was very filling, great flavor, especially the salsa. I added the black beans to my small bowl of soup along with the Spanish Cauliflower Rice, and the Salsa, making for a very filling meal.
We also order three drinks, they were all very strong, which we love.
Overall, if you have non-vegans who like Mexican-fusion, this is the place for you. Clean, trendy, in a great area, with great friendly staff.

My husband and I are vacationing in Scottsdale and ate here twice within a week! Just about everything on the base menu is vegan (I spotted one entree with an egg), and there are even vegan protein and cheese options you can add to your meal. The food is very flavorful and can be spicy. (Spicy items are clearly marked on the menu.) We wish we had a Tocaya Organica back home!

How is Chipotle still in business?! What a great concept. Their base menu is vegan and you add protein and cheese if you want. So simple and yet so novel. They have three vegan protein options (chicken, tofu, or beef) and two vegan cheeses (mozzarella or jack). It’s a very modern atmosphere. They have lots of seating and a huge patio. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. You order at the counter and she explained everything to me. She had personally tried all the vegan options and made recommendations. She also let me sample several beverages. They have vegan horchata! I settled on the fajita burrito, chips and salsa, and an agua fresca. All delish! I will absolutely be back.
