Another great vegan option for Bend - Edit
Another amazing vegan food cart I recently discovered here in Bend. The French toast was fantastic! I’ve also had the breakfast burrito, burger, and nachos. Everything was so good! I have yet to be disappointed by anything on their menu.

Beyond the Toast - Edit
Wow, everything on this menu is really good. I get the breakfast burrito or the nachos nearly every time. It is expensive but worth it every once in a while. Food items tend to take a long time but you can taste the effort they put into each plate. Their sauces and salsas are all great!

Both the beyond tacos and the French toast. I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. Will not disappoint. I am so glad that there is a solid vegan menu at the Podski now.
Pros: Delicious food, Diverse menu , Zero waste friendly
Cons: Only open Wed-Sun, Some odd hours in the week.

I was so excited when I heard about this new food truck. I’ve gone twice in two weeks and I’m obsessed. The super loaded nachos are amazing and I’ve tried two of their special soups: white bean chili and spooky ramen. Their beyond burrito and toasts also look really good.

this food truck is delicious. so far i’ve had the super loaded nachos, one of their soup specials (the ramen) and the breakfast burrito. it’s life changing. i could spend all my money here, no lie. it’s also such a nice setup and spot. i want to try the faken bac’n ranch toast next time i go!

I ate here for the first time on Saturday, November 2. The staff was kind and efficient and the food was spectacular! I highly, HIGHLY recommend. Vegan or not, you couldn’t help but love the breakfast burrito.

Amazing Flavors! - Edit
I’ve been here a couple times now and absolutely love everything I’ve tried. The flavors are amazing and I love their variety of dishes. I tried the tacos and the cauli-chowder and loved both! Can’t wait to come back and try even more dishes. Located in a great food truck lot (the Podski) which makes it a fun places to come with omni friends.
