Best Vegan Food in Bend - Edit
You HAVE to go to Toasty. It’s a permanent food truck in Podski. We got the Frito burrito and the cheeseburger crunch wrap. I could drink the queso (not really but you get what I mean)! We wanted to get more food because it was that delicious but we were too full. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bend.

Crunchwrap was okay. There could be more options without meat imitation stuff. I had to order off the kids menu to get a burrito without it. Also ordered nachos without it, but ended up getting what looked like maybe a taco salad. Cashew cheese sauce seemed very nutritional yeasty.

This food truck is in a little market complex of food trucks. There are vegan options at most other trucks so lots to choose from. We got the cheeseburger crunch wrap and it was delicious and didn’t fall apart in our hands like others have. Highly recommend!

There are SO many options at this food cart that look so delicious! We ended up getting the Nacho Crunchwrap and Breakfast Burrito. Both were great but we liked the Crunchwrap the most - it was SO good. I can’t wait to go back and try more things off there menu.

Surprise pizza crunch wrap - Edit
I was across the street at River Pig for a work function and there was nothing I could eat - even the Beyond Burger wasn't on a vegan bun. I excused myself from my coworkers and walked to this food cart pod to see if there was anything good. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the florescent "Vegan Vibes" sign. I ordered an Oreo truffle and the special which was a pizza crunch wrap. Both were amazing. Would definitely come back here, next time on purpose.

Wonderful to find this place amongst a variety of food trucks tucked into a little courtyard near downtown Bend. I really enjoyed the Nacho Crunchwrap, also bought a very generous side serving of tofu scramble. The food was freshly made, quite tasty and filling, enough for 2 meals. Difficult to make a selection from this menu, better to plan multiple visits!
