We stayed a bit outside of Sapa and nothing vegan was listed in this area so we walked around a bit and found this gem. This place offers tofu dishes and I had the best tofu in tomato sauce ever. One day because it was so cold, we craved hotpot but there was no vegan option on the menu. We asked the owner and he made it for us. It was incredibly good and he offers you more if you're out of broth or ingredients.
Read moreWe loved it there so much that we came everyday during our stay. The owner is just the best and so accommodating and nice. Unfortunately he doesn't speak a word of English but you can talk with him through Google Translate.
