Tasty costarican vegan food - Edit
They offer veggie dishes and have a typical Casado with soy bean and hace as well, soy milk for juices or coffee.

The owner had a clear understanding of vegan requirements. There is a page of vegetarian dishes including casados with soy meat and a soy burger. These all have either milk products (margarine or cheese) or egg (mayonnaise) but they understand the need to omit them and they are clearly labelled on the menu.

They have a vegetarian part on the menu, also the waiter ask if you are a vegan or vegetarian in order to help you with your food. Really nice and great service.

The casados here were so yummy, enjoyed by the vegans and omnis alike. The portion sizes were amazing and we didn’t get better casados on this trip

Easy place to know what your getting - Edit
We had a typical Costa Rican dish here made vegan. The restaurant has a whole page of vegetarian dishes which are easily made vegan, and animal products clearly marked.
