Adaptable service, but average vegan taste

Timburra Thai has great service, willing to take dietary notes even on a busy weekend day. I ordered the Pad Thai which was altered from the menu description to meet my vegan diet. The serving was generous and I loved that it came with some lemon and crushed nuts - overall the dish was full of fresh ingredients - but I thought that it lacked flavour. However, my partner got a spicy noodle dish (not vegan) which he absolutely loved and that was SUPER spicy. So watch out when you order spicy dishes if you’re not a huge spice fan! 😅

Pros: Can make almost anything from the menu vegan, Fresh vegetables, Generous servings

Cons: Lacking flavour, Can be expensive, Only 1 dedicated vegan option
