Vegan options clearly marked. Tempeh was breaded perfectly! Teriyaki sauce was awesome. Edamame in the fried rice was delicious.
Read moreWould be nice if they offered fresh squeezed/pressed juices.
Even if you eat inside, everything is served in to go containers. I like that they’re not styrofoam.
The menu is easy to read/order from. The cashier was friendly and helpful.
Pros: So much food, Great flavor, Ordering was easy
Cons: Grilled fruit isn’t grilled fresh, it’s cold, No drink options except canned pop and water, No hula girls

Some of the best vegan food I've ever had - Edit
A new and small tiki bar-esque restaurant on Lakeside Muskegon and wow this place blew me away. I got the big kahuna plate with white rice, fried rice, tempeh (formerly known as tofo) katsu, smoked watermelon poke, sweet potato fries and french fries with the yaki and garlic avocado sauces to boot.
Read moreThe tempeh katsu actually scared me on my first bite, I thought they may have messed up my order and given me real chicken. But alas, it was indeed tempeh. This stuff is incredible and is an absolute must try! The smoked watermelon was also incredible, it's very smoky which may seem odd to pair with watermelon but it works so well. The fried rice is also some of the best fried rice I've ever had, the flavor is quite unique and more "tropical" tasting compared to more traditional fried rice I've had.
The yaki sauce is essentially a teriyaki sauce and I loved it on my rice. The garlic avocado sauce was great to dip my fries and tempeh katsu into, it's kind of like a mayo sauce and is also a must try. In my 2 years as a vegan, this is legitimately some of the best vegan food I've ever had.
Pros: Incredibly delicious food, Very personable and knowledgeable staff, Protein packed vegan options
Cons: Wish there were maybe a bit more vegan sauces
