Tigelle e Gnocco Fritto

Sorpresa da un aperitivo di laurea in cui ho trovato tigelle e gnocco fritto totalmente vegani! Buonissimi, serviti ancora caldi e fragranti. Mi hanno portato un piatto di verdure miste, ben condite e saporite. Vengono inoltre portare delle salse da condividere, purtroppo essendoci stata molta gente non hanno spiegato e non sono riuscita a chiedere quali potessero essere vegane. Sono andata sul sicuro con la salsa messicana.
Apprezzo lo sforzo, e di per sé tigelle e gnocco valgono di andarci!
