Amazing food, impeccable service, our new favorite in Vietnam

It’s too bad we discovered Vo Uy only on the last day of our trip. The food is outstanding. We had the hot pot, grilled shiitake, and French fries, along with limeade and fresh whole coconut. Everything was simple but so well done and flavorful. The hot pot in particular was magical!

I had two picky small children with me and they devoured everything and we had to order extra. The 10-year-old rated it “10.5 stars out of 10.”

Service was wonderful, with our server ensuring we had just the right amount of food and not too much. He was attentive, courteous, and thoughtful. The restaurant was clean and peaceful.

While I do love the traditional vegan places with the assortment of pho, bun Hue, and mixed rice plates, this was a treat. It’s perfect for special occasions, but I would go here every day if I could. We were so busy devouring everything that I forgot to take pictures!

Healthy, clean and conscious

We loved our experience at this restaurant so much that we spent every evening here. The owner Cong really loves what he’s doing and you feel it in everything he creates.. We enjoyed everything we ate and the exchange with Cong was unforgettable.
