Prettier than it tastes - Edit
The aesthetic look of this place from the decor to the food is beautiful but thats about it. The food is expensive and so bland. When ordering the lemon chia shortbread cookie, I asked the worker if it was good and she said “everything is good”. I should have known by that cookie cutter answer because she said it again when I asked something else but that was one of the worst cookies I have ever tried. I spent $70 on my order and majority of it was not eaten/enjoyed except the smoothie which was just meh. Very disappointing to have spent so much on food that has zero flavour.
Read moreWhen I went back inside to go to the washroom, the same worker asked me how everything was and I gave her my honest opinion and she just said “oh well thats not a review we get very often”. Then we on our way off their beautiful patio/backyard section, we met and talked to the owner who was very lovely but when she also asked how everything was and we told her, it was along the same lines like “sorry you feel that way”.

Bougie at the beach - Edit
Delicious, healthy food. We got the avocado toast and the big green smoothie. The smoothie was the perfect amount of sweetness, which is hard to find in a restaurant - usually they’re way too sweet for me! A bit on the expensive side, but par for the course in a beach town, especially given the food quality.

A great place to pick up something vegan in Sauble beach. We were driving thru Sauble Beach and saw this spot so we stopped in for 2 Creamsicle smoothies to support a local business. Good decision. They were delicious!

Scrumptious Stop Before the Beach - Edit
There are some non-vegan items on the menu for those with mixed company (such as myself). We enjoyed a delicious and filling berry smoothie bowl, some avocado toast (with egg on my husband's), and their own homemade nut butter on a chewy bagel. Their paleo/vegan plantain bread was also tasty, would highly recommend! Kids enjoyed it, and the atmosphere was very clean and zen.

Love love love this cafe. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Amazing smoothies, smoothie bowls, lattes and salads + healthy snacks. I always stop by when I'm in the area. Try the banana fudge donuts, omg.
