Nachos with beyond beef - yum! - Edit
I love this place. I always get the nachos with beyond beef and I highly recommend it. The vegan cheese they top it with is delicious.

Have vegan options, but beware of chicken broth - Edit
We ordered to-go vegan enchiladas and were told that vegan enchiladas are made of black beans which doesn't have chicken broth. We were served with enchiladas without black beans and there was single slice of red pepper inside the tortilla. It also came with Mexican rice and refried pinto beans. Both contained chicken broth.
