Dire food

OvThe cauliflower tacos were okay. The chicken fillets were as dry as cardboard and as tasty. Falafel bites tasted funny. Vegetables with the chicken were overcooked and soggy.

Great vegan small plates and mains!

Quiet on a Saturday lunchtime. Fab food. Easy to miss as it just looks part of the hotel. Large portions- don’t over order!
Seemed totally vegan (including vegan cheese board - not that I tried this) so not sure why it’s listed as vegetarian…….

Low quality food

Came here to enjoy a fully vegan meal but everything seems to be premade and low quality, and my apple crumble dessert arrived cold (I didn't have time to request for them to heat it, so just had to eat it that way 😭).

Excellent service

The serving staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.
The pizzas are well thought out and crispy.
The Aubergine Parmigiana was delicious.
Everything about the Thali platter was great apart from the chickpea curry which was quite bland. The lentil curry was delicious. I don't usually eat rice but this rice was so good!
Only guide dogs allowed.
If you use a wheelchair there are 2 low steps to get into the premises and the accessible bathroom is next door in the Rochester Hotel.

Pros: Pub vibe, Friendly serving staff

Cons: Not accessible, No dogs allowed

Lightning fast service decent menu

My food was served in 5 minutes causing me to question how it was possible to prepare in that time. I was in a hurry so asked for it to come quickly and they obliged. The cauliflower tacos were inventive and original and very filling. I struggled to finish all three and it would have been better to share. I’d love to go back to try the aubergine parmigiana and the cauliflower tapas.

Pros: Fast service, Cauliflower tacos, Large menu

Nice vegan stop

As soon as we landed in London, we went to eat at this very nice place.

Good food, several alternatives.
I recommend the mini burger combo

Something for everyone

Ordered most of the tapas menu to share and everything was delicious! The service was fantastic, Delluxy was very attentive and pleasant. The teriyaki tofu and the aubergine parmigiana were beautiful. Perfect place for some lunch or dinner before going sightseeing!

Nice little place.

I I had the vegan chicken fillet a nice tasting sauce, liked the veges with it, had Rosemary mmchips on the side. A chocolate brownie with ice cream. Good Coffee. After a day of walking around London it was nice to sit, relax, just be and have a meal and listen to some chilled music.

Pros: The lovely surrounds , The polite waitress, Chocolate brownie

Cons: Perhaps a little bland , Could be so much better has so much potential

Isn’t VEGAN

A place calling itself, The Vegan Brasserie, while showing the Grand National on it TV screens, is no Vegan anything… this is Plant-Based at it’s best, that for some reason has Milk and Egg allergens in its Kitchen.

Cons: Not Vegan, yet says Vegan 🤦🏼‍♂️ , Expensive

Great atmosphere!

They were out of all the items I tried to order. My server recommended the avocado tacos and eggplant parmigiana. Both were good.

Menu fancy, food less so

Deliciously sounding menu, but the dishes rather disappoint in quality (supermarket bought?), taste, and value for money. Friendly service.

Pros: Friendly service.

Cons: Value for money disappointing

Wonderful place

I nearly didn’t go here because of past reviews but seriously this place is amazing. The food was excellent, the decor very pleasant and quite elegant the staff were so good. It was very clean. The tv was on but it was muted. The only sad thing was it was half empty at 1pm on a Saturday. Fabulous as a pre theatre lunch for Victoria opollo. Please please go there. I’m so glad I did.

Pros: All vegan, Great food, Lovely staff

Cons: None.

Nice food, good price

Had some tacos, tasted good but not great. Pretty good variety of food and the desert was good. About £11 per meal. Was inside the hotel making it fairly hard to find

Pros: Lots of Vegan starters, mains, and deserts, Pretty cheap for Central London

Cons: Hard to find

Nice decor but cheap and ‘unhealthy’ food

The staff were not attentive to taking our order despite being the only ones there. The TV was showing a documentary about an obese woman having an operation. We had to ask them to turn it off, the response was ‘I will try!’
Chips were cold and then microwaved. To be honest, if you are happy to pay for food you get from a takeaway then great.
I hate being negative because I’m all for supporting vegan places over non vegan places (which is why we went!)
But I don’t believe the chef is vegan (I could be wrong but zero love went into the food) , the presentation of food is also the OPPOSITE to their lovely Instagram food photos.
I didn’t take photos because it was our anniversary and I didn’t want to spoil it. If you go to their website they promise to deliver ‘our priority is delivering the healthiest vegan food’.
They seriously need to readjust their presentation and quality of food.

Cons: Chips were cold , Pictures on Instagram vs reality , Food is not healthy as advertised

Great spot for lunch

Had a great lunch with my kids here today, the mixed tacos were all very tasty and the ‘not so cheesy bacon fries’ were delicious. The classic burger and avocado tacos went down well too. A very good value meal for central London. Would definitely go back.

Pros: All vegan menu, Delicious food, Great decor

I simply love this place

Hello! Just sharing this place I’m in right now and love it! I had a great dinner in a lovely place for a very reasonable price. Situated in SW1, near the Tate Britain Museum, they offer pizzas, burgers, tacos, desserts and drinks, all very tempting and hard to choose from. The waiter Sam is super friendly and the service is super good! Five stars, will absolutely come back for more.

Pros: Reasonable prices, Great service

Pretty good!

From other reviews I wasn’t sure, but the food was pretty good, hit the spot. Had the classic burger (came with fries), vegan slaw, and zucchini fries (handmade) and it was all good. The atmosphere is a funny hotel restaurant vibe. Price was reasonable too, all came to under £20.

Pros: All vegan, Good service, Tasty, big selection

Cons: Atmosphere isn’t very hip

Don’t bother

Just errors throughout. I felt I shouldn’t speak to the lady at the bar/server. Food was ok but nothing that couldn’t be produced at home. I would never go again. Nothing to draw me at all. Sad.

Pros: Vegan

Cons: Service, Standard home food , Expensive
