Great food, great atmosphere - Edit
The Vault has a few vegan options, which is more than I am used to lol they are very friendly, open, and helpful about vegan menu items! Everything is labeled on the menu which is helpful also

This place has such a nice, unique vibe, as it is situated in a building that was once a bank. Lots of vegan options, and they're all good! I love the fact that they're open such long hours. Great, friendly staff, big (but not overwhelming) portions, cool background music. Fun date night spot, or you can bring your entire family.

A nice walk from our hotel (Mayo hotel, highly recommemd!) and we walked into this amazing spot that made us feel we were in the 50's, style wise.

I got the Korean handheld and loved it.
They have vegan upside down pineapple cake that was perfect for flavor and just a bit off for texture. I would get it again though.
We had a wonderful time here.

I had the Korean BBQ tofu handheld. My hubby had the fried "Chick'n". I also had a delightful cocktail. From the moment we stepped in to the restaurant, we felt a sense of inclusion and belongings, and the food was delicious!

So many great choices!! Loved every dish we got - polenta & avocado was absolutely delicious, amazing combo of flavors. All the food seemed so fresh and the service was great! Our server Daniel was attentive and answered all of our questions. Vegan or non vegan the pineapple upside down cake is a winner… plus cocktails were tasty too (& strong)!!

I appreciate the options, but after my fourth time here I can honestly say the food is just okay. Their BBQ and “fried chicken” sandwich is just slightly seasoned and pan fried tofu, not even breaded and fried. If I were to give any advice, come for drinks, appetizers, and dessert and skip the entree. They have AWESOME pineapple upside down cake and pretty good cauliflower wings and cheese fries. None of the actual entrees I’ve tried have been worth it-usually just kind of plain/not seasoned to my liking. Definitely a fun place to go with friends for a few drinks though!

The Vault listing on Happy Cow was invaluable as I was visiting from England and the US family I was eating with are unfamiliar with vegan restaurants.
Read moreThe chefs here really understand food. It made such a difference to choose from a menu with authentic, cruelty-free food that wasn't a carnivorous dish converted to pacify a vegetarian of vegan.
My meal was nutritious, creative with flavours and well presented. It would be great if the chefs at The Vault gave instruction to colleagues from other restaurants upon how to construct a well balanced and inclusive menu.
Service was attentive but relaxed.
Pros: Excellent food. Good quality., Very reasonably priced., Easy-going atmosphere.
Cons: The reception area looked a little tired., Choice of drinks was limited. , I get the retro look, but didn't like the plastic.

Popped in here while in town because of their vegan options. I thought the options were pretty good. I had the vegan mac with kale, mushrooms and carmelized onions and It was pretty good.

I had their brunch. Vegan blueberry pancakes were delicious and the portions were sizable. Love the Art Deco feel of the restaurant and the staff took really good care of me.
