Vegan cakes to order & vegan pannini - Edit

I liaised with Mark on FB Messenger regarding vegan cupcakes to order. He made 4 for me, 2 to eat in the restaurant and two to bring home. Both were delicious (choc chip & blueberry).

I also ordered a lettuce, tomato and red onion pannini and he came upstairs to let me know that he had some vegan cheese and would I like that in my pannini? I did and the sandwich that arrived was absolutely perfect.

If a cafe or tea venue say they don't have any vegan options, ask them if they will make something for you. I said that I would buy all the vegan produce they had if they were ever stuck with food they couldn't sell. The hospitality industry are struggling right now and if I can help, I will absolutely x
