Lots of veganisable option from a vegetarian section of the menu - Edit

The owner (Robert) seemed to be the go to person to confirm which, on the vegetarian section of the menu (https://tajpalau.com/cmsweb/index.php/restaurant/our-menu/vegetarian) was vegan.
[Hopefully he’ll always be there as rest of staff hadn’t been trained and reacted in usual Palau way to this question of what is vegan - general fecklessness. Needs sorting!
From menu, wee were told we could have:
Alu Gobi;
Baingan Bharta;
Bhindi Do Piaza;
Chana Peshawwari;
Vegetable Jalfrazzi;
Yellow Dal.
Pros: Very tasty food, well presented, Drinks were really good: we had Pina Coladas, Very polite and attentive staff
Cons: Service staff not clear on veganisable menu

i was there for the saturday dinner buffet. 4-5 things were vegan but the staff brought me some extra dishes and vegan naan! so thoughtful and everything was really good!

Good authentic Indian food - Edit
This is a nice Indian restaurant in Koror, with indoor and outdoor seating and a large menu. Like most Indian restaurants, they have a large selection of vegetarian options, many of which are naturally vegan.
