Phenomenal - Edit
Everything about The Sustainable Kitchen was phenomenal. We came for breakfast, I had the pan seared mushrooms on ciabatta which was stunning as were the other breakfast options that my family had. The interior was beautiful and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. Really good coffee and we got some tasty cakes to take home. We also got the sausage roll to takeaway and this sausage roll was honestly the best thing I’ve ever eaten. I wish I lived closer to this place but I will definitely travel the 90 minutes to come here again soon!! I can’t recommend this place enough.

Exceptional - Edit
Absolute gem of a place, I can’t fault a single thing. Our party of 4 included 2 Omni’s, a veggie and a vegan. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. I (vegan) have been to dozens of vegan restaurants all over UK, Europe and the Americas and can honesty say this is one of, if not, the best place I have eaten at. The flavours, textures and presentation all incredible.

The menu is 5 🌟. We had kombucha & iced latte to drink. The menu changes seasonally which is a fantastic way of keeping the menu fresh. We had cauliflower soup with cashew crumble which came with warmed focaccia & (v) butter, OH had the Mac n cheese- both were absolutely delicious.

Subtle Sophistication - Edit
Excellent lunch in fresh, mellow surroundings. Very kind and personable staff.
Read moreThe coffee is smooth but strong - worth asking for a single shot if you prefer a lighter flavour, but it was perfect for us. The white hot chocolate is unbelievably rich and creamy. The best I've had to date, including pregan versions.
We ordered the beetroot and blackberry bowl and blue cheese sandwich. The bowl was earthy, full of early autumn flavour and surprisingly filling, with a tangy dressing. The salad was a perfect match of comforting, creamy and offset against the sharp sweetness of the grapes and rocket.
We opted for cake and a bakewell tart for dessert. Both excellent.
This is a great place to eat - highly recommended it!
Pros: Great staff , Lovely surroundings, including a patio, Interesting food
Cons: I wish it was in my town!

MUST try - Edit
I loveeee this place. Yes, it’s a little bit expensive- totally worth it though. I’d rather pay a little more for sustainable, high quality and interesting food. I am sick of paying £10 for a vegan burger or falafel wrap. This place shouldn’t be missed and the cakes are amazing- you won’t regret visiting!

A little pricey slice of heaven ❤️ - Edit
Sustainability focused, artisan style preparation (one of the chefs is Michelin Trained), massive flavours and kickass staff - while it's not the cheapest grub, it is impeccable: go here - eat the stuff, take some cakes home after eating too much 🤌👌👍

Everything about this place redefines the restaurant experience, from the freshness and quality of the food to the incredibly friendly service, delicious options, something for everyone, calming ambiance (even their bathroom is the cleanest restaurant restroom you will ever see). The food made in-house is rich in detail and nutritional value, and the baked goods for takeout were mind-blowing (especially the lemon-poppyseed muffin if that's your thing, it's the best here). Absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. Eat here, make friends with the people here, and keep coming back.

My favourite place to eat. - Edit
Since being introduced to The SK last year I have returned several times taking various friends with me and everyone loved it. From the welcome through to the goodbye everything is filled with kindness and warmth and I feel at home there even when alone. The food and drink is everything I'd hope for and as a vegan cake maker myself finding cakes which are as good if not better than those I make myself is a real treat.
Read moreTip 1: When you go to the counter to order your food, if you happen to notice a cake you just might just fancy later then buy it straight, it may have gone to someone else by the time you want to eat it, you can always take it home.
Tip 2: The Honestly Tasty blue cheese is incredible! Get some!
Tip 3: Take your dog if they love being fussed.
Tip 4: Take your laptop if you want to work as they have power points incl usb & c.
Tip 5: Book a table. You can do this online or by phone, it's easy and the only way of guaranteeing a place.
Tip 6: Go alone or with friends, it's the perfect place to just relax and be you.

Sustainable Kitchen - Edit
Popped in here for a quick lunch whilst working in the area. They accommodated me despite every table being booked out, fantastic to see them doing so well and I think the service and quality of food is testament as to why. The menu is varied, appears to change every month and they make the majority in-house with fresh ingredients. I chose the New York Reuben and it was delicious. I’ll definitely be returning to try more of the menu and will book a table and stay longer next time. They have a lovely selection of cakes and pastries, the carrot cake and croissant I took home were excellent. Some artisan vegan cheeses also for sale (Honestly Tasty brand). Staff are so warm, welcoming and accommodating. I really cannot wait to return!

Lovely little cafe/ restaurant - Edit
This is a fairly new cafe restaurant in Bingham snd it is superb. There is a lovely friendly ambience with pleasant seating and a nice outside courtyard for good weather. The coffee is fabulous and made with oat milk. There are all kinds of delicious menu options and it’s a great place for veggie, vegan and food loving customers to meet for a coffee, brunch or yummy lunch. Excellent!

This is a 100%, vegan bistro-styled place to eat throughout the day or just to have coffee. Inside or outside, the decor is immaculate, tasteful and a very pleasant place to be. The food is homemade, offering generous portions and made with loving care and flair. The Sustainable Kitchen is a landmark for vegan living. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Bingham. Definitely a first choice whether you’re local or a visitor. #Veganuary
