Great Vegan and GF options

This is a small quaint local pub bistro with a great menu! I was really pleased that they could cater for vegan and gluten free together and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I will be going again.

Good food excellent service

Went there with a group of 10 of which only 2 were vegan. Food was very good. I had the mushroom and bean burger and my partner had the spicy tofu and soba noodles. Burger tasted great although i wasnt a massive fan of tbe texture. There was a good portion of fries. My partners portion seemed very small compared to everyone else's portion size. When she commented it was delicious but very small, they brought her a second portion without any fuss. Dessert was apple fritters with maple syrup, raspberry sorbet and mixed berries. It was very good, but it felt more like two separate desserts.

Exceptional village pub restaurant

Perfect pub dining experience - good beer, good service and a veggie / vegan menu with some really great sounding choices- the deconstructed wild mushroom lasagna was exceptional- rich and tasty.
