not good for allergies (soya/coeliac or anything) but have a good few vegan options like sausage and mash, vegan beyond burger and chips, risotto

I visit the Sun fairly often. The allotment burger is great, as well as the fake fish and chips! Please be aware the 'fish' is veggie, not vegan. The breakfasts are amazing too. You can have vegetarian or vegan. Generous portions and reasonably priced (although I did pay £2.50 extra for sausages...and they only gave me one!).

Their menu has lots of vegan and veggie options, as they are clearly aware there is a demand for it. The place has a nice atmosphere and they serve lots of different kinds of beers and alcohols too. Their serving hours are quite specific, so just keep an eye out for those when you're planning your visit.
