awful customer service from the manager i believe which shocked me as i have seen her working there many times throughout my visits there and don’t expect that off a manager. she was snappy when ordering almost making me feel like i need to do her a favour by hurrying up. made me wait outside to “prevent crowding” in the empty restaurant and didn’t even offer eat in, takeaway was what i was ‘asked’ of. i visit this place in hopes of having a better experience but that is never achieved and i wont be giving anymore chances in that matter. further more, i waited almost half an hour for 2 ice creams and a cookie dough and payed an extortionate price, basically ripped me off… i cant even excuse this for the restaurant being busy as it was not. extremely disappointed. wouldn’t recommend to anyone who doesn’t have enough time or money as it takes both from you. save your time save your money don’t go to the scoop company.

So Many Options! - Edit
I noticed this cute, pink shop pop up in the village down the road to me, Warlingham. It is very busy with families and kids. I didn't see anything advertised about vegan options outside so I was surprised to see that upon checking out the menu, it is full of them!
Read moreI saw at least five vegan ice cream options and there were loads of baked goods. All clearly labelled. We tried the almond croissant and the Biscoff donut. They were not cheap but were huge and delicious.
We'll be back again soon!
