A fast food stand. A sabich is an Israeli sandwich, basically like a falafel but with eggplant which is stuffed in a pita with salad, doused in tahini and pickled mango sauce and topped with chopped parsley. Vegans please ask for no egg. They sell only sabich. You can choose what goes inside the sandwich. Open Mon-Thu 8:00am-9:00pm, Fri 8:00am-3:00pm, Sun 8:00am-9:00pm. Closed Sat.

The Sabich Afula

For those who tried Sabih for the first time it's an excellent experience, fresh pita, salads and fried eggplant + nice service.
by removing the egg the dish is completely vegan.

Pros: simple tey tasty, cheap, nice service
