Took too long and was not tasty

We waited around an hour and a half for the food and when it came, was not like on the menu. I ordered a vegan burger, which said it was with vegan cheese, but came without the cheese, and was just very dry and tasteless. We asked for the cheese and they brought it out but it was just poor service to be honest. We did get a refund on a part of the menu but still was poor.

Cons: Expensive for what it is, Flavourless, Long waiting time
