Yummy vegan BLT - Edit
I went here for lunch recently and had a really good vegan BLT. The focaccia bread was amazing and the rice paper bacon had a nice texture/ crunch to it. They also make good vegan baked goods. Was disappointed they didn’t carry soy milk

Would have given 5 stars if Hapoy Cow allowed!! - Edit
Vegan BLT and Thai curry soup were very tasty! Ask for your focaccia to be toasted! Overall, friendly staff, good food, and VERY good coffee. This place is a must for vegans in Abbotsford!

Good, but oily - Edit
I ordered the vegan sandwich on focaccia bread for takeout, along with a vegan double chocolate cookie and a vegan cashew bar. They were all packaged in paper bags and when I ate them about an hour later it was very evident how much oil is used in their baking - the bags were soaked in oil. That said, everything was very tasty. The sandwich was good, but quite small and not very filling. Overall, pretty expensive for a bakery.

Get the cashew bars!! - Edit
The vegan baked goods at Polly Fox are some of my absolute favourites. I may have made special trips to the Valley just to get their cashew bars. The vegan lunch options are very good too and I especially enjoyed getting my sandwich on waffles instead of bread.

Excellent Bakery - Edit
I’m a celiac, my partner is vegan and we can both eat here happily. Probably the best bakery in Southern BC for marrying those two things. Everyone knows it though, get there early for best selection.

First Visit, and New Loation - Edit
Our first time to The Polly Fox. They opened this new location to the public about 12 days ago. We went in with the intent of trying all of their vegan fare. We tried four selections of baked goods, and three sandwiches (only difference between them was the three different bread choices). They were very good and filling. I think one item I would definitely add to the menu would be soup; vegan soup of the day. It would compliment the other menu options which consist of things which dry up the mouth, so to speak: baked goods and sandwiches. Otherwise, I look forward to eating here again and also to their future menu items and perhaps one day their expansion into dinner meals.

The Polly Fox is such an incredible little gem for vegetarians and vegans in a very unexpected place. I've had their sweets which were close to perfection including their apple fritter, cashew bar and chocolate chip cookie. All vegan. All gluten free. I recently tried their vegan breakfast sandwich on a waffle and it was undoubtedly one of the best things I've eaten all year. Filling and fresh, it was something truly delicious and unforgettable.
Read moreNot only is it a cute little place, the staff are so accommodating. They checked the back for sold out items and were overall very, very friendly. Each person I interacted with genuinely seem to enjoy their job. Major plus.
This is the one place I get excited for when visiting family on the mainland and I hope others will enjoy it too!
Pros: Excellent variety, Very friendly staff, Nice interior

Vegan Treat Heaven - Edit
I suggest you get in your car and drive here right now, forget reading this just go before they sell out of the apple fritters!!!!! We found this gem of a place on Instagram and had to test it out, a coffee shop that believes in using real ingredients and gears towards allergies and is VEGAN friendly, we had to see it to believe it! Man I was not disappointed, they staff is amazing, and very well informed, the décor is soft and airy, and easy place to spend an afternoon catching up with friends. The food oh man three words, VEGAN WAFFLE SANDWICH!! Vegan waffle stuffed with a rainbow of veggies, beets, carrots, roasted bell peppers, avocado, tomatoes, greens, and a siracha olive oil, all the flavour and all the yum! We also had the side salad, not your ordinary side salad, fruit, greens, toasted nuts and seeds, avocado, a light lemon ginger dressing, all fresh all local and unbelievable. They are doing Abbotsford a huge favour by opening their doors! We took home a huge box of vegan goodies, fritters, donuts, cashew bar, nanaimo bars, cheesecake, cookies, scones (with the best lemon glaze I have ever had)!! Everything was amazing, super fresh and pretty much all organic and with cane sugar.
Read moreI will be back, over and over and over! I was told by the lovely staff that on weekends they have vegan waffles with a vegan praline sauce and fresh fruit, excuse me while I wipe drool off the keyboard!
They use republica roasters from fort Langley, and also have organic loose leaf tea, almond and coconut milk.
Pros: Vegan/allergy/gluten free Friendly, Amazing staff, Fresh flavourful food
Cons: not open evenings, more sweet than savoury items, only one vegan bread
