The Taste of Aloha - Edit
I learned of The Poke Shack from the vegan chef challenge. We went there for lunch and it was quite tasty. It brought back fond memories of living in Hawaii in the '90s. We shared an order of Edamame Poke, which was delicious. The Croquette Katsu Special was ok, but when I mixed in Pickled Cucumber Salad, it was fantastic! The Spicy Tofu Poke Bowl was very tasty! I look forward to going back and building my own tofu bowl.
