Very tasty food - Edit
When there twice on my stay at cape town. The staff is friendly and the environment nice. I asked for the garden gate and it was delicious. They serve the food fast and the portions are good.

Two vegan labeled bowls, both are very delicious and have good healthy ingredients. The big bowls are very large and filling. You can also make your own bowl from wide range of ingredients.

You can make your own poke bowl. Large variety of ingredients. The main protein was only tofu though (didn’t spot tempeh, seitan etc). One vegan sauce only, apparently.

Cape Town is full of excellent vegan /vegan friendly restaurants but I do admit that I appreciate the simplicity of the concept and the fact that everyone can enjoy it (non-vegetarian, vegeterian and vegan)!
