Disappointed in scaled down menu - Edit
As of April 2023, The Plant Base has SERIOUSLY scaled down their menu, due to staffing and other issues, according to the owner of Sqez, who shares their space. Now there are the jackfruit nachos, which are amazing, but no more breakfast burrito, no potatoes, only a few bowls and some salads. Very disappointed, as there are not many vegan options at LOZ.

Rude staff and so much confusion finding the restaurant - Edit
So they advertise two different locations online be sure you come to the one on Osage Beach Parkway. Hours are not the same as advertised either. Also, they aren’t even called the Plant Base they are a totally different restaurant now and it’s not fully vegan. Owner was pretty condescending towards me when I questioned if I was at the correct place because of the name change. Menu not the same as was shown online so I’m very disappointed I didn’t get to try the chips and queso. Tried multiple times to DoorDash but it always showed closed. When I was unable to locate the establishment before, I tried calling the number and messaging on Instagram with zero response. Not really a way to run a business. Food was okay. Pretty expensive, almost $30 for a sandwich and salad. Was glad the lake finally got a vegan option but unfortunately will not return.
