Some options

They have beyond burgers and a vegan bowl. Brussel sprouts can be made vegan for an app. For small town Wisconsin, a pretty good find. Server was friendly but not the most knowledgeable... (he said the burger was made out of beets?)
Outdoor patio is dog friendly. Good views of the lake.

Pros: 2 entree options, Nice outdoor patio with lake views

Cons: Most of menu is meat-heavy

Excellent Local Restaurant

Beautiful setting, excellent service. Delicious vegan plate called the “Protein Bowl”, veggie burger option
